Return and Refund Policy

• Prices of the product may change without prior notice. Price is available at the time of placing the order would apply.

• In case you do not accept the package at the time of delivery and the packet comes back to us, only the amount of the subtotal (Total excluding shipping charges) would be refunded to you.
• Items not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts for reasons not due
  to our error are not eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Required Documentation for Returns

• Customers must provide a video recording of the package being opened. This video serves as
  evidence in case of receiving books in bad condition, incorrect items, or damaged deliveries.
• Ensure that the video clearly shows the unopened package and the unboxing process, highlighting
  any issues found upon inspection.

 

Steps for Return

• Contact our customer support team at support@ncertkart.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, the video evidence, and a brief description of the issue.
• Our support team will review your submission and provide instructions for returning the item.

Order Cancellation:-

If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1. The order can be canceled anytime before dispatch of products. Once the shipment email is sent and delivered, the order cannot be canceled. 
2. If you wish to cancel your order, Kindly email us at support@booksfy.in mentioning your order details and reason for cancellation. 
3. Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

Note: Cancellation requests can be raised at any time. Once we recieve the request we try to refund the paid amount (If any) as soon as possible. At the time of placing the request, if order is dispatched we will initiate the total amount excluding shipping only.
